  1. Hmm, I have recovered a treatment before, but I have one that is perfect for the future. You can do it once a week or 2-3 times per week. Use about 1 / 3 c olive oil (the hair on his shoulders, adjusting the length and thickness) and 2 eggs, and it really helps make the hair again. I drive an hour, but you can do this for about 20 minutes if) you hurry. Once only the shampoo and leave without conditions so that the grease. Milk mixed with honey is said to be good. I have not tried, since I dyed her hair, but I've used, and that made my hair shiny and smooth. Shampoos help change a lot, try a baby shampoo is much softer. Stay away from alcohol in shampoos and products can also help. If this is not the alcohol must be at the end of the list of ingredients.

  2. If you are in the UK, I have a great shine and conditioner I bought at a hair salon - Tigi is a product called "Rockaholic" and costs only £ 9.99 per bottle. Everything I use is a teaspoon a few times a week and the bottle lasted for weeks, so it does not work, very much. I have not checked whether our local Further Education College, Ministry of Barber - I know, use and sell TIGI products can actually cheaper for them.
As for the house - I wonder if a small amount of almond oil (cooking oil mines on the shelves) to buy the supermarkets that do similar work. I use almond oil on my hands and sure keeps my cuticles look good.
